I did not know about "Bud's Race Car Museum" until I read about it in the Centre Daily Times today.

It is an amazing collection of racecars and racing history. If you have the chance stop by. He usually has it open on Saturdays. When I was there Johnny Grum was there and he had some great racing stories.

This is a must see collection . Every year the last Saturday in July , Bud opens up the museum and holds a cruise in . This year around 400 cars were all around the museum on the streets in neighbors lawns everyone opens up their driveways to make room . On top of that , Bud puts on a pretty good feed too . Be prepared to spend time there as so much is to be seen. these cars are driven in many "Old Timers Events " around the area . His collection of photos , literature , stories , are a treasure for all to remember and enjoy .
