MyLaps does have an app but the RaceMonitor app is the preferred program. It costs $4.99 in the Apple store and on Google Play. Selinsgrove and Port Royal are the only local speedways that I know of that broadcast Live Timing in addition to the World Of Outlaws.

i have both mylaps and race monitor on my phone but definitely prefer race monitor. just a note that race monitor is/has changing from a 1 time $4.99 download to a subscription service. it will now be $4.99 per year or $.99 per month which still isn't bad. the tracks have no control over it nor do they receive any of the proceeds. race monitor is offering FREE races that you can watch without a subscription so i checked on what we'd have to do to get the speedway on that list and it's $100 per event so don't look for that. those that already had it downloaded are currently getting a free subscription thru the end of july.
My OPINIONS are just that and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of anyone or any track I am associated with!

Race Monitor is awesome, I've had the app for a while now and it gets better every year.
I wasn't able to attend Port last week because of a freakin' wedding and reception but was able to sit at the thing watching all the races via the transponders on my phone.
We've sat in the stands and watched it - there's barely a fraction of a second between the time a car crosses the line and it shows on the app.
Tons of races on it, last year (?I think it was last year?) we used the app to watch Bloomquist win the World 100 at Eldora while we were driving down 322 on the way home from Port late that night.
One of the best apps for racing out there.
