Nouse Claims 2018 Williams Grove Limited Sprint Track Title

  9/27/18FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Mechanicsburg  Williams Grove Speedway congratulates 2018 HJ Towing & Recovery 358 sprint car champion Kevin Nouse of Mechanicsburg. Nouse has been announced as the 2018 champion as the point season has now been ended for the division at the track. A postponed 358 sprint main lost to rain on September 14 will not be made up at this point in the season. After polling all drivers slated to compete in the event, a majority agreed to end the season and split the posted purse for the race evenly between all scheduled starters. The 2018 track crown is a career fifth for Nouse and his third in a row at Williams Grove Speedway. Nouse picked up three wins at the track this season. The make-up Al Hamilton tribute feature for 410 sprints lost to rain on September 14 will be made up at the season finale on October 5 and will be a full point event for those cars originally locked into that main event. Keep up to all the latest speedway news and information by visiting the oval official website at www.williamsgrove.com or by following the track on Facebook and Twitter.
